After reading the story I would NEVER recommend nor consider buying a home from Levitt and Sons, especially after seeing that your company cannot resolve this problem. No builder is perfect, but stand up, take responsibility and fix things that go wrong. Do you have a heart? Do you see the suffering you have caused this family? Along with the other families you appear to be ignoring. If you want more business, do the right thing and fix what is wrong! People would have a lot more respect for you if you did and would even continue to buy from you. When more home buyers see you ignore or don't fix problems, they WILL go elsewhere! I'm so sorry this family is going through this.
